Easter bunnies

Aah, bunnies melt my heart a wee bit. i had a few whilst i was a little girl.  my fave was chester, a dwarf rabbit the colour of choc who loved a cuddle, but oh the heart break when they hop off to the great hutch in the sky - its why i cant bear to get the kids one now. so with easter nearly upon us (yey, choc and some family time, just what i like!). here are a few of my fave finds on notonthehighstreet.com

Being as it's just been christmas and the boy's birthday i've LOTS of 'thank yous' to get sent. So i spent a very relaxing evening cutting up (recycling/upcycling?) the latest boden catalogue. very lovely colours and some gorge prints, lovely frocks for little girls and some stripey dungarees i really want to get Alf.

so with this, the last peice of christmas cake, comes the inspiration for a new doodle.

love cake, but vow to eat no more!(well for a while anyway, at least until my belly has subsided!)

birthday boy!

had a lovely day yesterday - alf was 1!

love the lion on the card we gave to the boy, it's by Annabel Tempest. the picture is for alf's room. it's a card by Caitlin Miller that i framed - soppy i know but the big 1 is a real milestone. its gone sooo quickly!
